Return Policy We test all units piece by piece before shipping to ensure that they work properly. However in case the unit is broken or not functioning. Please note the following: Shipping is Insured incase unit is lost or broken in the mail. Products are covered by a 1 year warranty against product manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include misuse of the unit or accidents like falls or fire. The products are advertised as original manufacturer manuals. Should the products have variable performance according to environmental or location conditions, the company will not be held responsible for such variability & will only be responsible for defective units. Due to high shipping expenses, we will not offer a trial period for our products & will only accept returns for defective units. Products that are proved to be defective should be shipped to our Tech. Dept. for inspection. If the unit is found to be not functioning properly due to a manufacturer defect, we will fix it or replace it & ship it back to the customer at our cost for free. Customers must contact us first & explain the problem before returning the unit back for approval & further return instructions. Units that are shipped without prior approval will not be fixed or replaced for free.
